All trailers used for oversized cargo are equipped with autonomous braking systems to ensure maximum safety on the road. Each route is pre-approved with the relevant authorities, and we secure all loads with heavy-duty straps and proper fastenings.

For cross-border deliveries, we handle all documentation related to customs clearance and transit permissions throughout Europe. From Poland, we deliver to 9 countries: Austria, Spain, the Netherlands, Ukraine, Germany, Italy, Romania, France and Turkey.

What Qualifies as Oversized Cargo?

Cargo is considered oversized when it exceeds standard transport parameters:

• Weight over 500 kg
• Larger than a standard pallet
• Length exceeding 20 meters
• Width over 2.5 meters
• Height above 4 meters
• Or if it extends more than 2 meters beyond the truck’s sides

Guarantees and Delivery Costs

Upon request, our managers provide real-time tracking and location updates for your cargo. We guarantee cargo safety, and every shipment is insured up to €100,000. For international deliveries, we also offer «door-to-door» service, including customs brokerage.

Payment options include wire transfers (with or without VAT), cash, or card payments. We also offer installment plans. You can calculate the shipping cost using the calculator available on the EA Logistic website.
