I was stressed out of my mind moving internationally during peak season. I had a complex road-and-sea transport from Poland to the Greek islands, and on top of that, I needed help with loading everything. I honestly wasn’t sure how it would all go.
But I was seriously impressed. The team handled everything with total professionalism. From the moment they picked up my stuff to the very last box being unloaded, they were on top of it all. Constant communication, smooth coordination, and every detail taken care of.
I only paid for a one-way trip — no hidden costs. The price was way better than anything else on the market.
I moved a TON of fragile items — glassware, porcelain, ceramics, even antique crystals — and everything arrived safe and sound.
The were able to provide me full Insurance, full documentation, punctuality, and precision. They've got in touch with my family in Greece to make sure everything went smoothly on their end too.
Big shoutout to Transport Manager Natalia — she was amazing. Super professional, calm under pressure, and made me feel like my move was truly being looked after.
I totally recommend this company from the top of my heart!

Transporting hazardous goods with EA Logistic in Poland

Transporting dangerous goods involves high risk and force majeure situations. EA LOGISTIC is a Polish company operating under ADR licence, in full compliance with Polish and European law.

To ensure exceptional safety and protection, specific instructions, requirements, and international agreements have been developed for the transportation, packaging, labeling, and licensing of such goods. Poland's central location makes it one of Europe's key logistics hubs, and Polish-registered vehicles simplify transit throughout the Schengen Area.

Despite their potential dangers and increased risk, substances, medications, injections, gases, aerosols, oxidizers, fuels, and petroleum products remain present in modern life. They are essential to heavy industry, machinery manufacturing, aircraft simulation, chemical labs, research centers, hospitals, and are partially used in refrigeration systems.

Classification

The list of transported substances includes over 3,000 different items, divided into classes:

  • Explosives
  • Gases with subgroups
  • Flammable liquids
  • Flammable solids
  • Oxidizing substances and organic peroxides
  • Toxic substances
  • Radioactive materials
  • Corrosive substances
  • Miscellaneous

Dangerous goods negatively impact the environment and all living organisms. Therefore, a strict set of rules and restrictions defines which items are permitted or prohibited for transport.

Transport Requirements

Organizing dangerous goods transport demands strict precautions for handling, loading, and storage and compliance with the ADR international agreement observed by 48 countries. All shipments are carried out in accordance with Polish and European law — with a complete set of permits and documentation.

  • Flammable materials must not be transported by air at sub-zero temperatures or during extreme pressure changes.
  • Packaging instructions vary depending on hazard classification.
  • All substances must be labeled before dispatch.
  • Substances from different hazard classes must not be packed together.
  • Temperature-sensitive pharmaceuticals are transported in thermo-containers or reefers.
  • Road transport requires certified drivers trained to handle specific hazardous classes.
  • Some volatile substances require airtight, vapor-proof packaging.
  • Waybills must be in the sender's official language with a foreign language translation.

A trained, licensed crew must accompany all dangerous goods shipments. A contract with full liability is signed between the client and the transport company. The shipment is accompanied by a complete set of documents, licenses, authorizations, waybill, and cargo insurance.

Who Needs This Service?

Transport of dangerous goods is a complex, high-demand service required by:

  • Medical labs: temperature-sensitive medications, vaccines, injections
  • Pharmaceutical R&D centers
  • Biology, chemistry, physics institutes: oxidizers, reagents
  • Military bases: oxygen tanks, liquefied gas, medications
  • Hospitals and pharmacies: mercury devices, chemicals, oxygen
  • Enterprises: refrigeration systems using ammonia or liquefied gases
  • Firework factories

During transit, it's crucial to ensure cargo compatibility within a single vehicle based on class, quantity, and safe interaction.

Advantages and Pricing

EA LOGISTIC organizes transport in accordance with all licensing and safety regulations and assists with obtaining the necessary transport declaration.

  • Vehicles are technically equipped, sanitized, marked, and equipped with flashing lights. Every vehicle is fitted with GPS monitoring — cargo location is available in real time.
  • Drivers are certified and trained to transport hazardous goods while observing speed and safety rules.
  • Pricing is calculated individually and includes consultation and expert support. Payment is accepted in Polish zloty (PLN) or euros (EUR), depending on the route and client agreement. We help identify substance class, ADR packaging requirements, maximum load, loading procedures, transport choice, and document preparation.

Preparation begins early to inform authorities about the planned route, including refueling stops, parking, distance, and travel time.

EA LOGISTIC ensures full international transport coordination and timely delivery to any European country, regardless of cargo location. Cargo insurance is included — your goods are protected throughout the entire route.
