    We transported pharmaceutical products at temperatures ranging from +2 to +8°C using an FRC-certified refrigerated truck. The shipment consisted of 18 pallets and required compliance with GDP standards, temperature control, and photographic documentation of the load. The cargo was insured under the high-value cargo program, with no reloading or parking outside of protected areas. The client received a turnkey delivery, including CMR processing and route monitoring.

How refrigerated trucks work

Refrigerated vehicles operate through circulation of a refrigerant in a closed system — compressor, condenser, evaporator, expansion valve. The cost of refrigerated transport is affordable for any budget and may be reduced by 10% thanks to working without intermediaries.

The vehicle should be selected according to the following parameters:

  • Body type — isothermal vans, refrigerated containers, refrigerated trailers;
  • Cooling method — compressor, absorption, eutectic;
  • Drive type — autonomous or trailer-based, with different power systems;
  • Temperature regime — low-, medium-, or high-temperature.

The principle of cargo separation is observed — for example, fish is never transported together with pharmaceuticals. Loads are secured, and the entire transport is monitored online.
